What if the missing piece in performance, leadership, and wellbeing isn’t more strategy, but how people are leading themselves?
Most people aren’t leading their lives. They’re reacting to them. On the outside, it can look like success, but underneath that there is often pressure, misalignment, or something missing.
My work focuses on what’s underneath that. The patterns people are running, the pressure they’re carrying, and the decisions they’re making without even realising it. Because real leadership doesn’t start at the top, it starts in the small, daily choices people make when no one is watching.

Most teams don’t struggle with information. They struggle with consistency, pressure, and the way they respond in the moments that matter. On the surface it can look like a skills gap, but more often it’s the patterns people are running and the decisions they’re making without even realising it.
This work is grounded in my One Small Vote framework. A simple but powerful way of understanding that performance, leadership, and culture are shaped by the small, daily choices people make, especially under pressure.
In these workshops, individuals learn how to recognise those patterns in real time, take ownership of their responses, and make better decisions moment to moment. Because leadership and sales aren’t just about strategy, they’re about how people think, communicate, and lead themselves every day.

This work focuses on building awareness at both an individual and leadership level, so people can recognise what is happening in real time and respond more effectively.
